Job summary

AiPharma Healthcare Sdn Bhd, a pharmaceutical distributor, seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow its Southern region footprint. You will promote pharma products to pharmacists, doctors and healthcare professionals, manage territory strategies and build strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in pharma sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Good negotiation, problem-solving and business development abilities
• Self-motivated, results-driven and willing to learn about pharmaceutical products

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies, territory management and business development
• Promote, detail and present pharmaceutical and healthcare products to pharmacists, doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Identify, acquire and develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Expand market coverage and ensure effective account servicing across the Southern region
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Account teams to drive business initiatives and customer development
• Gather market intelligence on industry trends, customer needs, market share and competitors
