Job summary

PM Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Projects team on a 12-month assignment, with potential extension based on project requirements. The role will deliver Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services on pharmaceutical, biotech and industrial manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience on pharma/biotech/industrial projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency with project controls and scheduling tools like MS Project/Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for pharma/industrial projects.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, budgets and resourcing plans across all project phases.
• Coordinate and monitor design consultants, contractors and vendors to meet scope, quality, cost and schedule.
• Manage project risk registers, change control, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee project cost control and monthly client reporting.
• Ensure GMP/cGMP compliance and regulatory approvals where applicable.
• Champion health, safety and environmental standards on-site.
• Chair and minute progress meetings with clients, design teams and contractors; track actions to closure.
• Support tender and procurement processes including scope definition and bid evaluation.
• Mentor junior project engineers/coordinators.
