Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Executive in the Pharma industry with a science background. The role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, coordinating with brand managers and agencies, and supporting events and CME activities.

The candidate will prepare materials for Veeva approval, manage marketing administration, and ensure compliance with policies and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in bioscience or related life sciences field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and tracking of marketing initiatives, campaigns and KPI performance.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers, creative agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams on marketing materials and campaigns.
• Prepare and upload marketing materials into Veeva for approval.
• Support marketing events, CME activities, patient support programmes and booth activities.
• Assist with marketing administration, including GPAS, sponsorships, event documentation and related agreements/forms.
• Liaise with hotels, societies and vendors to coordinate marketing events and activities.
• Ensure marketing initiatives, materials and activities comply with company policies and industry codes.
