Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience in B2B or service-based industries.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia or other languages is an advantage.
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend pest control and hygiene solutions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients in pest control and hygiene services.
• Conduct client visits, present service solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up to close sales.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate service offerings, schedule appointments, and provide information on processes and safety standards.
• Maintain sales records, achieve sales targets, participate in promotions, and provide ongoing customer support for long-term partnerships.
