Job summary

Ikari Shodoku in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to implement market development plans, meet sales targets and identify new prospects. You will expand client portfolios with new products and deliver pest control and hygiene solutions to clients.

The role requires a diploma in marketing, business management or science, with English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; knowledge of Japanese or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or Science.
• Fresh graduates in Entomology, Biology, Business Management, Marketing or Science are encouraged to apply.
• With working experience in Sales or Business Development is an advantage.
• Own transport, able to travel, attend site visits and client meetings.
• Proactive, dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu; Japanese or Mandarin language skills are plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan with market development plans to achieve objectives.
• Plan and implement sales activities to meet targets.
• Canvass and identify prospects; develop new business opportunities.
• Expand existing client portfolios with new products/services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide pest control solutions, sanitization and hygiene services to clients.
