Job description

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and discreet Executive Personal Driver to provide dedicated driving support to a senior management executive based in Klang, with regular daily travel to KLCC and other locations as required. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and reliability, ensuring safe, timely and efficient transportation while maintaining the highest standards of conduct at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the Senior Management to business meetings, appointments, corporate events, and other designated destinations.
• Plan routes and manage travel schedules efficiently, taking traffic and road conditions into consideration.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters encountered during the course of work.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, road tax renewals, insurance renewals, and repairs as required.
• Assist with authorised errands, document deliveries, and other ad hoc assignments.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

About you

• High integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Proven reliability with a stable employment history and demonstrated commitment to previous employers.
• Experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or Corporate Driver supporting senior management would be an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class D Driving Licence with a clean driving record..
• Familiar with Klang, Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, and surrounding areas.
• Able to commute to / operate from Klang, with daily travel to KLCC.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English communication skills would be an advantage.
• Strong defensive driving skills and commitment to road safety.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to adapt to changing schedules.
• Professional appearance, well-groomed, and courteous.
