Job summary

MyHaya Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable Company Driver to provide safe transport for executives around Kuala Lumpur. You will plan efficient routes, keep the vehicle clean, and assist with company errands as required.

The role requires punctuality, trustworthiness and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when needed. Familiarity with KL/Selangor routes is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D) is required.
• 2–3 years of experience as a company/personal driver is preferred.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for management to meetings and appointments.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle.
• Assist with errands, document deliveries and other transportation tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company matters and passengers.
• Follow traffic regulations and drive safely at all times.
• Be flexible with working hours including weekends/public holidays when needed.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company executives and management. The ideal candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, and familiar with routes around Kuala Lumpur.

Working Hours : 10 hours per day

OT : up to RM15 per day

Required to work on weekends or public holidays when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for management to meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
• Plan and identify the most efficient routes to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle.
• Assist with company errands, document deliveries, and other transportation-related tasks.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters and passengers.
• Follow all traffic regulations and practise safe driving at all times.
• Be flexible with working hours, including occasional overtime or weekend assignments when required.

About you

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a company or personal driver is preferred.
• Experience driving luxury MPVs such as Toyota Alphard or Vellfire is an added advantage.
• Familiar with routes around Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding areas.
• Good driving record with no serious traffic offences.
• Punctual, disciplined, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays when needed.
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions.
• Annual leave and medical leave.
• Overtime allowance (where applicable).
