Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record and 2–3 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience in vehicle dispatch coordination or logistics support is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of local routes in Puchong and Selangor with strong navigation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with dispatch teams and customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage driving and dispatch responsibilities efficiently.
• Fluency in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles professionally and safely to designated locations.

KVA CONSULT (M) SDN BHD is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver Cum Dispatch to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that combines driving and dispatch coordination responsibilities. As Personal Driver Cum Dispatch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation and logistics services, providing professional chauffeur services whilst simultaneously managing dispatch communications and scheduling. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency within the couriers, drivers and postal services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles professionally and safely, transporting personnel and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatch centre to coordinate pick-ups, drop-offs and route optimisation
• Monitor and manage dispatch schedules, ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed within agreed timeframes
• Respond to dispatch requests promptly and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent or changing requirements
• Perform pre-journey and post-journey vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption and dispatch activities
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained and properly stocked with necessary supplies
• Provide excellent customer service to all passengers and clients, representing KVA CONSULT (M) SDN BHD professionally at all times
• Coordinate with other drivers and dispatch staff to ensure seamless operational flow
• Comply with all traffic regulations, safety standards and company policies

What we’re looking for

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record and minimum 2-3 years of professional driving experience
• Proven experience in vehicle dispatch coordination or logistics support is highly desirable
• Excellent knowledge of local routes within the Puchong and Selangor area, with strong navigation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with dispatch teams and customers
• Proficiency in using radio communication systems, dispatch software or similar coordination tools
• Ability to multitask and manage both driving and dispatch responsibilities efficiently
• High level of professionalism, reliability and punctuality
• Physical fitness and ability to handle occasional manual loading and unloading of materials
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Fluency in English and Malay (both written and spoken) is essential
