You will drive safely, manage schedules, and communicate with the dispatch centre to optimise routes. Fluency in English and Malay is essential, with a professional, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record and 2–3 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience in vehicle dispatch coordination or logistics support is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of local routes in Puchong and Selangor with strong navigation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with dispatch teams and customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage driving and dispatch responsibilities efficiently.
• Fluency in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles professionally and safely to designated locations.
• Coordinate pick-ups, drop-offs and route optimisation with the dispatch centre.
• Monitor and manage dispatch schedules to meet timeframes.
• Respond to dispatch requests promptly and adjust schedules as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel usage and dispatch activities.
• Keep vehicles clean, well-maintained and stocked with supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Coordinate with other drivers and dispatch staff for seamless operations.
• Comply with traffic regulations, safety standards and company policies.
