About the role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to join GLOBAL ENVDK SDN. BHD. in Penang Island, Penang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring safe, punctual and comfortable transportation for our designated passengers. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of service whilst maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition and adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols. This role is integral to supporting the mobility and operational efficiency of our organisation, requiring discretion, professionalism and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Transport passengers to designated locations on time, following planned routes or as directed

Maintain the vehicle in clean and well‑maintained condition, both inside and outside

Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks including fuel, oil, water levels and tyre condition

Report any mechanical issues or vehicle damage promptly to management

Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous service to all passengers

Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrival whilst minimizing fuel consumption

Keep accurate records of travel logs, mileage and fuel consumption

Adhere to company policies regarding vehicle use, passenger safety and confidentiality

Ensure passenger comfort and safety at all times during journeys

What we're looking for
