Job summary

Pacific Inter-Link Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable Driver cum Dispatch in Kuala Lumpur to support the Management team and daily operations. You will provide safe, punctual transportation for Top Management and authorised personnel, and handle documents and parcels with discretion.

The role requires 2–3 years of driving experience, a valid Malaysian B2 and D license, and familiarity with KL and Klang Valley routes. You must communicate in English and maintain vehicle condition and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a driver or dispatch role.
• Possess a motorbike and valid Malaysian driving licence B2 and D.
• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley routes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation to Top Management and authorised personnel.
• Drive Management to business meetings, appointments, airport transfers, company functions, personal events, and other destinations as required.
• Report to the office early in the morning and standby for the arrival of Top Management when required.
• Assist with receiving, parking, and repositioning vehicles belonging to Top Management at the designated office parking area.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with Management and sensitive company matters.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, letters, and other items to and from designated locations.
• Handle company documents and items securely and responsibly.
• Ensure assigned company vehicles are clean, tidy, presentable, safe, and well maintained.
• Conduct regular checks on tyres, fuel, engine oil, coolant, brakes, lights, battery, air-conditioning, and other essential components.

Key responsibilities

Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation services to Top Management and authorised personnel.

About you

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver, Dispatch Driver, or in a similar position

Possess a motorbike and valid Malaysian driving licence, B2 and D

Familiar with Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley routes

Good knowledge of road safety and Malaysian traffic regulations

Clean and responsible driving record

Able to communicate effectively in English

Familiar with Google Maps, Waze, and other navigation applications

Professional, courteous, trustworthy, and service-oriented

Punctual, reliable, responsible, and committed

Able to work independently and follow instructions accurately
