Job summary

Goodwill Entertainment in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a trusted Personal Driver to support the Director with daily transport, scheduling, and administrative tasks across Malaysia and Singapore.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience, a valid Malaysia Driving License (Class D), and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends. You will manage calendars, arrange travel, and ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysia Driving License (Class D or equivalent).
• Comfortable and experienced driving in both Malaysia and Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a personal driver, preferably for senior executives.
• Experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly trustworthy, discreet, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport the Director to meetings, events, and personal appointments across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Ensure the company vehicle (Malaysia-registered) is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Plan optimal routes to ensure punctuality and avoid traffic delays.
• Perform routine vehicle checks (oil, tire pressure, etc.) and manage scheduled servicing.
• Assist with loading/unloading personal or business-related items when necessary.
• Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Arrange travel bookings, reservations, and manage household or personal errands.
• Act as liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.
• Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Run personal errands such as picking up documents, groceries, etc.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
• Support the Director with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
