Job summary

ESI Konsultant Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam seeks a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for the Director and passengers. Plan routes, maintain the vehicle, and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Candidate should have a valid Malaysian driving licence, experience as a personal/executive driver, and be familiar with Klang Valley routes. Bahasa Malaysia required; basic English a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean record.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy and discreet.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes including Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, PJ and KL.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Director to residence, office, meetings and other destinations.
• Plan routes in advance to ensure punctual arrival and avoid delays.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable and in good condition.
• Monitor servicing schedules, insurance, road tax and maintenance.
• Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, conditions).
• Handle driving-related errands as required; overtime may be needed.
• Comply with road safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director or Management.

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for the Director and/or assigned passengers.

Responsibilities

Safely drive the Director to and from residence, office, meetings, appointments and other assigned destinations.

Plan routes in advance to ensure punctual arrival and avoid unnecessary delays.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, presentable and in good working condition.

Monitor vehicle servicing schedules, road tax, insurance and general maintenance requirements.

Carry out daily checks on the vehicle, including fuel level, tyres and other basic vehicle conditions.

Assist with company errands, document collection/delivery or other driving-related duties when required.

Be available for overtime, weekends or public holidays when required, subject to work arrangements.

Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies.

Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Director or Management.

Requirements

Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.

Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver or Company Driver is preferred.

Familiar with roads and routes within Klang Valley, especially Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.

Able to use Waze/Google Maps effectively.

Punctual, disciplined, trustworthy and responsible.

Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's personal and business matters.

Flexible with working hours and willing to work overtime when necessary.

Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English will be an advantage.

Candidates residing in or around Kota Kemuning/Shah Alam will be an added advantage.
