OLGAD SDN BHD in Alor Setar, Kedah, is looking for a Professional Personal Driver to provide reliable, courteous transport for executive personnel on a full-time basis. You will ensure safe, punctual travel, maintain vehicle readiness, and uphold discretion and professionalism in all interactions.

The role requires a valid driving licence, 2–3 years’ experience in corporate driving, strong local knowledge, and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• 2–3 years' professional driving experience, preferably in an executive or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Alor Setar and surrounding areas, with excellent route planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic regulations and road safety standards.
• Provide punctual and reliable transportation to designated personnel for business meetings, events, and appointments.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, comfort, and mechanical readiness, including regular servicing and fuel management.
• Plan and optimise travel routes to ensure efficient, timely arrivals whilst avoiding traffic congestion where possible.
• Execute driving duties with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding business matters and sensitive information.
• Maintain accurate logs of travel itineraries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Assist with light administrative duties related to travel arrangements and scheduling as required.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance issues promptly to management.
• Uphold professional standards of appearance and conduct at all times.

About the role We are seeking a Professional Personal Driver to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Alor Setar, Kedah. In this role, you will provide reliable, courteous, and professional driving services for executive-level personnel. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation whilst maintaining the utmost discretion and professionalism. This position is integral to supporting our leadership's mobility requirements and contributes directly to the smooth operation of our business activities.
