Job summary

Stuarts Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a professional Personal Driver to support our Director with safe, punctual transportation and discretion. The role is full-time and based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor.

We require a clean driving record and 2–3 years of professional driving experience, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, safety, and exemplary personal presentation. Excellent knowledge of Klang Valley routes is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record and 2–3 years of professional driving experience.
• Excellent knowledge of local routes in Klang Valley.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible for passenger safety.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Plan and optimise routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations whilst minimising fuel consumption.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, hygienic and mechanically sound condition at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks including tyre pressure, fluid levels, lights and windscreen wipers.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance and journey logs.
• Provide professional and courteous service to our director.
• Ensure passenger comfort and safety whilst respecting confidentiality and discretion.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding any vehicle issues or scheduling conflicts.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety and vehicle operations.

About the role

We are seeking a professional and reliable Personal Driver to our Director. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. As Personal Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient and courteous transportation services to designated personnel. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. You will play a key part in supporting the mobility and daily schedule management of key stakeholders within our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Plan and optimise routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations whilst minimising fuel consumption
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, hygienic and mechanically sound condition at all times

What we’re looking for
