Job summary

Aurévo is seeking a resourceful and highly organised Personal Assistant & E‑Commerce Operations Executive to work directly with the founder and support the setup and day‑to‑day operation of our growing jewellery and e‑commerce business.

This hands‑on role combines personal/executive assistance, e‑commerce platform setup and management (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Shopee), TikTok livestream coordination, supplier management, procurement, logistics, order fulfilment and general business operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E‑Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in personal/executive assistance, e‑commerce, administration, online retail or business operations would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Rednote and/or Shopee is highly desirable.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day personal and executive support to the founder, including scheduling, correspondence, research, coordination and follow‑ups.
• Set up, manage and maintain the company’s e‑commerce platforms, including Shopify, TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Source and coordinate TikTok livestream hosts, content creators and affiliates, and assist with the operation of TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate suppliers, quotations, product samples, purchasing and order follow‑ups.
• Set up and manage courier and logistics arrangements, including DHL accounts, shipments, collections and delivery tracking.
• Manage day‑to‑day online order fulfilment, packing, dispatch, stock receiving and inventory records.
• Handle online customer enquiries and assist with orders, deliveries, returns and general customer support.
• Support the day‑to‑day administration and operation of the business and assist in establishing efficient working processes.

Personal Assistant & E-Commerce Operations Executive

Aurévo is looking for a resourceful and highly organised Personal Assistant & E-Commerce Operations Executive to work directly with the founder and support the setup and day-to-day operation of our growing jewellery and e-commerce business.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining personal/executive assistance, e-commerce, TikTok coordination, supplier management, procurement, logistics, order fulfilment and general business operations.

As one of our early team members, you will be involved in establishing systems and processes from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and comfortable being given an objective, researching what is required and progressing the task independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Personal Assistant & Executive Support

Provide day‑to‑day personal and executive support to the founder, including scheduling, correspondence, research, coordination and follow‑ups.

2. E-Commerce Platform Setup & Management

Set up, manage and maintain the company’s e‑commerce platforms, including Shopify, TikTok Shop and Shopee.

3. TikTok, Livestream & Creator Coordination

Source and coordinate TikTok livestream hosts, content creators and affiliates, and assist with the operation of TikTok Shop.

4. Supplier, Sampling & Procurement

Coordinate suppliers, quotations, product samples, purchasing and order follow‑ups.

Set up and manage courier and logistics arrangements, including DHL accounts, shipments, collections and delivery tracking.

Manage day‑to‑day online order fulfilment, packing, dispatch, stock receiving and inventory records.

7. Customer Service

Handle online customer enquiries and assist with orders, deliveries, returns and general customer support.

8. General Business & Office Operations

Support the day‑to‑day administration and operation of the business and assist in establishing efficient working processes.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, E‑Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong practical and organisational skills are welcome to apply.

1–2 years of relevant experience in personal/executive assistance, e‑commerce, administration, online retail or business operations would be an advantage but is not essential.

Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Rednote and/or Shopee is highly desirable.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking suppliers and clients.

Comfortable communicating professionally with suppliers, customers, couriers, livestream hosts and other external parties.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and follow‑ups simultaneously.

Comfortable handling confidential business information.
