TG HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking a Performance Test Engineer (Junior/Senior) for its Kuala Lumpur team. The role focuses on designing, setting up and executing performance tests to mirror production conditions and measure system behavior under load.

You will work with developers and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize configurations, and deliver actionable recommendations for performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–4 years of performance testing experience.
• Experience in setting up and configuring performance testing environments.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner, Grafana and Fiddler (MUST).
• Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and configure performance testing environments mirroring production systems.
• Plan performance tests with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and goals.
• Create and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools to measure response times, throughput, and stability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Develop automated performance test scripts and reusable testing frameworks.
• Monitor CPU, memory, and network usage during test execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues and optimize applications.
• Provide detailed reports and documentation of test results and recommendations.
