Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies is seeking an experienced Performance Tester to design, develop, and analyze performance tests for web, mobile, API, and enterprise apps. You will identify bottlenecks and collaborate with DevOps, Infra, and DB teams to boost performance.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, scripts, and data, plus monitoring and reporting against SLAs. Strong communication and scripting skills are essential for CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, web apps, and microservices.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Python.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.
