Job summary

AISEE LIFE Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to grow our beauty, wellness and AI brands by managing paid social campaigns and analysing profitability. You will turn data into actionable insights to attract the right customers and deliver measurable business results.

Based in Malaysia, you will work with sales/outlet teams, track the journey from enquiry to booking, and optimise campaigns within budget to maximise ROI and growth of our brands.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or equivalent.
• Hands-on Meta Ads with real budgets and measurable results.
• Experience generating leads for appointment-based services in beauty or wellness.
• Strong analytical skills to measure CAC, ROAS and ROI.
• Proficient English and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta platforms and Xiaohongshu.
• Manage budgets and select objectives aligned to business goals.
• Track customer journey from enquiry to booking and paying customer.
• Calculate CAC, ROAS and profitability using revenue and costs.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and adjust budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and creatives.
• Maintain conversion tracking and compare reports with actual bookings.
• Prepare weekly spending and results reports with next steps.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Performance Marketing Specialist to help grow our brands by managing paid social media campaigns, analysing profitability and improving campaign performance. You will turn data into clear actions that attract the right customers and deliver measurable business results.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu, with a primary focus on Meta Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets and select campaign objectives that support our business goals.
• Track the customer journey from enquiry to booking, store visit and paying customer, working closely with the sales and outlet teams.
• Calculate cost per enquiry, booking, visit and paying customer, and assess campaign profitability using actual revenue and relevant costs.
• Identify underperforming campaigns, test improvements and adjust budgets based on results.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve ad messaging and creatives, sharing what attracts qualified customers and recommending new ideas to test.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking and cross-check advertising platform reports against actual bookings and sales.
• Prepare weekly reports summarising spending, results, key findings and recommended next steps.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing live Meta advertising campaigns and real budgets, with results they can explain and demonstrate.
• Experience generating leads for appointment‑based businesses, ideally in beauty, wellness or a similar service industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to calculate acquisition costs, assess campaign returns and turn data into practical improvements.
• Experience tracking enquiries through to bookings and sales.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and testing new ideas.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets and deadlines.
• The ability to work closely with content creators and clearly communicate what needs to improve.
• An interest in beauty, wellness or AI technology, and an understanding of social media trends.
• Experience with TikTok Ads or Xiaohongshu, and familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite, would be an advantage.
