PhillipCapital Group in Malaysia is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition and digital growth across trading platforms.

You will own paid media campaigns, tracking infrastructure, and analytics to optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, and ROAS, while collaborating with internal teams to scale and improve lead quality.

This role demands hands-on execution, A/B testing, and building dashboards to inform strategy and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of growth/ performance marketing or paid media buying experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS metrics.
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, funnel optimisation, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Xiaohongshu Ads.
• Manage full-funnel campaigns from ad impression to lead generation and account opening.
• Monitor and optimise key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Build performance reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve lead quality and campaign profitability.
• Support organic social growth and align content strategies with paid marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign creatives, messaging, lead management, and conversion performance.
• Explore tools, automation workflows, and growth opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and digital growth across our trading and investment platforms.

This role focuses heavily on paid media performance, conversion optimisation, tracking infrastructure, and scalable growth strategies across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable managing campaigns from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Xiaohongshu Ads.


• Manage full-funnel campaigns from ad impression to lead generation and account opening.


• Monitor and optimise key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.


• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to scale campaign performance.


• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, targeting, placements, and landing pages to improve campaign results.


• Monitor campaign and creative performance, refresh ad creatives proactively, and pause underperforming campaigns when necessary.


• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Conversion API (CAPI).


• Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting across campaigns.


• Build performance reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve lead quality and campaign profitability.


• Support organic social media growth and align content strategies with paid marketing campaigns.


• Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign creatives, messaging, lead management, and conversion performance.


• Explore tools, automation workflows, and growth opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or paid media buying.


• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.


• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.


• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, funnel optimisation, and analytics tools.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, trading, or investment-related marketing.


• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms.


• Experience managing or growing social media accounts organically.
