Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment and HRIS-driven transformation. The role focuses on strategic HR planning, workforce analytics, and ensuring compliance across policies and regulations.

Support HR strategies, workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational development initiatives.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent management activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance improvement plans (PIP), and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement, internal communications, recognition, and well-being initiatives.
Coordinate the annual performance management cycle, including probation, confirmation, and performance reviews.
Support HR transformation projects, including HRIS implementation, digitalization, process improvement, and policy enhancement.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, ISO requirements, and PDPA regulations.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the Manager or Management.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior HR or supervisory role.
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development.
Hands-on experience managing disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries (DI), counselling, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
Experience in HR projects, digital transformation, or HRIS implementation will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
