Empayar Nara Amira is seeking a on-site Performance Content Creator in Semenyih to plan, edit and optimise content for sales campaigns, recruitment and brand growth across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You will turn insights into compelling content and manage deadlines with the sales team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in content creation or digital marketing, a strong video editing portfolio, and proficiency with CapCut and Canva; experience with Premiere Pro or Photoshop is a plus.

Performance Content Creator – Planning & Editing

About the role

Join Empayar Nara Amira as an on-site Performance Content Creator in Semenyih. You will plan, edit and optimise content that supports sales campaigns, recruitment and brand growth across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Build weekly and monthly content calendars with clear campaign objectives
• Turn sales offers, customer questions and team activities into content ideas
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and calls to action in Bahasa Malaysia
• Edit short-form videos, posters, thumbnails and advertising creatives
• Schedule and publish content consistently across social media platforms
• Prepare creative variations for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Track views, retention, engagement, click-through rate, WhatsApp enquiries and leads
• Identify winning content and produce improved versions based on performance data
• Organise all raw footage, completed content and campaign assets

Monthly performance expectations

• Plan and complete approximately 20–30 short videos per month
• Produce 8–12 posters, carousels or campaign visuals
• Maintain at least five posting days each week
• Prepare 6–10 fresh advertising creatives per month
• Submit a simple weekly report covering published content, performance, leads and next actions
• Contribute to growth in qualified enquiries and sales conversions

About you

• At least 1–3 years of experience in content creation, editing, social media or digital marketing is preferred
• Strong portfolio in video editing, campaign content or social media management
• Skilled in CapCut and Canva; Adobe Premiere Pro or Photoshop is an advantage
• Understands content analytics, hooks, storytelling and conversion-focused creative
• Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads is an advantage
• Able to manage deadlines and work independently with the sales team
• Able to work full-time on-site in Semenyih
