Job summary

Empayar Nara Amira is seeking an on-site Sales Content Creator in Semenyih. You will produce energetic short-form videos for sales campaigns, recruitment and brand growth across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, working closely with the sales team.

The role requires a portfolio and comfort with on-camera delivery, filming and editing using CapCut, Canva or Adobe. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with structured training and growth paths.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in content creation, video production or social media preferred.
• Fresh graduates with portfolio welcome.
• Confident on camera and able to work with sales team.
• Portfolio or examples of previous content required.

About the role

Join Empayar Nara Amira as an on-site Sales Content Creator in Semenyih. You will produce energetic short-form content that supports our sales campaigns, recruitment and brand growth across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Develop hooks, simple scripts and calls to action for sales-driven content
• Record product, booth, roadshow, training and team lifestyle videos
• Appear on camera or guide team members during filming
• Edit and publish short-form videos using CapCut, Canva or Adobe tools
• Work with the sales team to turn promotions and customer questions into content
• Capture testimonials, events and behind-the-scenes content
• Review views, retention, engagement and WhatsApp enquiries to improve future videos

Monthly performance expectations

• Produce approximately 20–30 short videos per month
• Maintain at least five posting days each week
• Prepare three creative variations for key campaigns
• Deliver content according to the agreed content calendar
• Contribute to growth in qualified enquiries and sales leads

About you

• At least 1 year of content creation, video production or social media experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also apply
• Confident speaking on camera and comfortable working with a sales team
• Able to shoot and edit independently using a smartphone or camera
• Understands hooks, storytelling, trends and calls to action
• Must provide a portfolio or examples of previous content
• Able to work full-time on-site in Semenyih
