Empayar Nara Amira is seeking a on-site Performance Content Creator in Semenyih to plan, edit and optimise content for sales campaigns, recruitment and brand growth across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You will turn insights into compelling content and manage deadlines with the sales team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in content creation or digital marketing, a strong video editing portfolio, and proficiency with CapCut and Canva; experience with Premiere Pro or Photoshop is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, editing, social media or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong portfolio in video editing, campaign content or social media management.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly and monthly content calendars with campaign objectives.
• Edit short-form videos, posters, thumbnails and advertising creatives.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and calls to action in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Prepare creative variations for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Track performance metrics such as views, engagement and leads.
