Job summary

RONCATO SDN BHD is seeking an entry-level Marketing Intern to assist in monitoring and optimisation of ads across TikTok, Meta (Instagram), and Shopee in Kuala Lumpur. You will track spend, sales, and conversions, identify underperforming ads, and help with budget settings while learning digital advertising strategies.

The role focuses on hands-on data analysis, creative testing, and campaign adjustments. Training will be provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Interest in digital advertising, e-commerce, and performance marketing.
Comfortable working with numbers and analysing data.
Detail-oriented and able to monitor campaigns consistently.
Willing to learn and experiment with different advertising strategies.
No prior experience required - we'll teach you!

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily monitoring and optimisation of ads on TikTok, Meta (Instagram), and Shopee.
Monitor campaign performance, including spend, sales, and conversions.
Identify underperforming ads and campaigns, and make adjustments to improve performance.
Assist with budget allocation and campaign optimisation based on performance.
Conduct basic analysis of campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Test different creatives, audiences, products, and campaign settings.
Keep track of daily ad performance and highlight key issues or opportunities to the team.
Assist with other digital marketing tasks when needed.
