Job summary

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated candidate to assist in setting up and monitoring digital media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads. You will support creative trafficking, QA, and performance reporting while learning optimization techniques.

The role targets recent graduates or current students in business/advertising fields, with strong communication and analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Advertising, Commerce, Communications or related field.
• Interest in digital media and campaign execution with ability to track performance.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset to work across teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and monitoring digital media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Support trafficking and QA of creatives to ensure quality delivery.
• Help track campaign performance using CTR, CPM, CPC and other metrics and compile reports.
• Learn troubleshooting and optimization for ad delivery issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
