Job summary

The Flexi Group is seeking a highly motivated HR Executive to join our People team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will handle onboarding, maintain team files, support payroll calculations for Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines, and help with policy updates and CSR activities.

As a culture carrier, you will engage with colleagues, coordinate internal communications, assist with bi-annual performance reviews, and help organise company events while staying up to date with local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication; build relationships.
• Experience with HR administration and payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take direction and carry out day-to-day operations for the People team.
• Update and maintain team records and files.
• Process promotions, demotions, resignations and exits with managers and People team.
• Assist with payroll calculations and statutory contributions for Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines.
• Support with employee queries and updating the Team Handbook and company updates.
• Coordinate onboarding, recruitment, and interviews with hiring managers.
• Plan and coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with learning and development budgets and training claims.
• Support internal communications like newsletters and social posts.
