Job summary

UHP Gas Sys Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Finance Executive to support day-to-day HR and finance operations in Malaysia.

You will work with management to ensure HR administration, payroll, and financial documentation are accurate and compliant. The role covers employee records, leave and attendance, onboarding, payroll coordination, AP/AR, and monthly closing activities. Proficiency in Excel and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with Malaysian HR statutory requirements and basic accounting processes.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, leave, attendance, onboarding, and recruitment support.
• Coordinate payroll and statutory matters such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Handle full set accounting activities, including invoices, payments, claims, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation.
• Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper HR and finance documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
