Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a key asset servicing hub, is seeking an HR Manager, People Development & Culture within the Learning & Development team. You will shape digital learning experiences and development pathways aligned with business needs.

Lead e-learning initiatives, manage scholarship, graduate, and internship programs, and partner with campus collaborations to strengthen employer branding. 9am–6pm MYT, IOI City, Putrajaya.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development design and delivery.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple learning projects through all phases of design, development, implementation and evaluation.
• Develop professional skills, business readiness and early leadership programmes (virtual and ILT).
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to map priorities to learning solutions.
• Lead graduate, scholarship and internship programmes aligned with business needs and workforce strategy.
