Talentcloud.ai group is seeking a People & Culture Intern in Kuala Lumpur to support core P&C functions, including employee records management, recruitment coordination, training administration, compliance documentation, and internal events. This role offers practical experience in a dynamic People & Culture environment.

You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, and P&C compliance, while learning through hands-on involvement in training, events, and HR

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily P&C operations, including employee documentation management, data maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as interview coordination and preparation of recruitment-related documentation.
• Assist with P&C compliance activities by ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to company policies, plus basic audits prep.
• Assist in coordinating training and development activities, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Support HR in planning and coordination of internal events (staff activities, festive celebrations, wellness programs).
• Support ad hoc P&C projects and initiatives as assigned by the P&C team.
