Ambition, a globally connected professional services firm, is seeking a People Consulting Manager in Malaysia. You will be embedded at client sites across industries, helping organisations unlock the full potential of their people through transformation, strategy, and meaningful change.

You will lead client-facing people projects, mentor junior consultants, shape people strategies, and contribute to business development while upholding high engagement standards and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience, including leading teams or workstreams in a consulting capacity.
• Strong background in HR consulting, change management, or workforce strategy.
• Experience in client-facing roles from a Big 4, global consultancy, or in-house transformation environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, Prosci, or SHRM would be an advantage.
