Job summary

CARSOME is offering a People Analyst Intern position in Malaysia to support the People & Culture team. You’ll handle HR processes, employee records, and claims while contributing to HR projects and dashboard development.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and strong communication in a dynamic HR environment, with opportunities to learn PowerBI and advanced Office skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with PowerBI knowledge being an added advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Leave Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records for employees.
• Leave management: Process and track leave applications, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Leave management: Assist in processing employee claims, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.
• Leave management: Review and verify supporting documents for claims.
• Leave management: Prepare and generate claim reports for payroll team review.
• Support in HR Projects: Assist the HR team in executing various HR projects, including dashboard development and process improvement initiatives.
