Job summary

CARSOME is seeking an Assistant Manager, People Experience in Malaysia to provide on-the-ground HR support across regional teams. The role covers employee engagement, onboarding, and local operations enablement, acting as the go-to contact for people matters and helping leadership stay connected to ground realities across the business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR generalist, HRBP, or People & Culture with regional exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to engage Branch/Area Managers and regional leadership.
• Experience in onboarding design and delivery across multi-site regions.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement activities and training logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own regional employee engagement activities and adapt national campaigns to local branches.
• Oversee regional HR generalist queries (leave, claims, onboarding) and escalate when needed.
• Provide trusted people advisor support to Branch/Area Managers on day-to-day people matters and escalation guidance.
