Job summary

You will develop hands-on experience in HR, gain exposure to leave management, payroll reporting, and confidential data handling while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Leave Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records for employees.
• Process and track leave applications, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in processing employee claims, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.
• Review and verify supporting documents for claims.
• Prepare and generate claim reports for payroll team review.
• Assist the HR team in executing various HR projects, including dashboard development and process improvement initiatives.
