Job summary

Diversatech (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting/finance professional to support daily operations in Bandar Baru Bangi, Malaysia. You will assist with debit/credit entries, invoicing, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation while preparing accurate account reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with AutoCount/Xero or similar systems. Strong communication in Malay and English, reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles: debit/credit, invoicing, payments, receipts, bank reconciliation and account preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Account, UBS, Xero or related systems.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, with time management skills.
• Able to communicate well in Malay and English.
• Responsible, trustworthy, proactive and able to work individually or in a team.
• Knowledge of SST, audit, tax and company financial procedures is an advantage.
