SK Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking an Area Manager for Penang to lead and oversee the operations of multiple retail stores in the region. You will drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and uphold top customer service standards across all outlets under your supervision.

The role requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, inventory, and local marketing efforts while traveling within Penang as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally overseeing multiple sites or area portfolio.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with ability to motivate and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores in Penang.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance; implement strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop store managers and sales staff.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess standards, merchandising, and customer service quality.
• Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining inventory levels across stores.
