Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan ASK Resources Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an Area Manager – Sales & Business Development to drive growth across Penang Island & Mainland, building relationships with Building Managers, Developers and Channel Partners. You will plan roadshows, activations and on-ground sales activities, and work with Field Sales and internal teams to convert leads while monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Area/Territory Sales, Business Development or Channel Sales.
Experience in Telco / broadband / FMCG / property / retail is an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve targets across Penang Island & Mainland.
Build relationships with Building Managers, Developers and Channel Partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and high-potential buildings within the area.
Plan and execute roadshows, building activations and on-ground sales activities.
Work with Field Sales and internal teams to drive lead conversion.
Monitor market trends and provide market insights.
Handle partner enquiries and issues with timely follow-up.
Manage the assigned territory independently and report to the Territory Manager.
