Job summary

Desa Southern Agency Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Representative/Senior Sales Representative for the Penang region. You will drive sales growth, expand distribution and build strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.

The role requires travel within the territory and a strong focus on product visibility and stock availability. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, proven sales results in FMCG or distribution, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to meet

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail or related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in volume and value.
Expand market coverage and distribution within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers and key accounts.
Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to drive product sales.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and monitor coverage.
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
