WeCare Allied Health Center in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to children.

You will conduct assessments, develop individual intervention plans addressing sensory processing, motor skills and self-care, collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists and educators, and support the Early Intervention Programme to promote independence and participation.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with eligibility for registration in Malaysia.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with potential encouraged.
• Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Passionate about working with children with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments for an assigned caseload of children.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans addressing sensory processing, motor skills, self-care, and independence.
• Perform developmental and functional assessments, monitor progress, and document findings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Psychologists, Speech Therapists and Educators for coordinated care.
• Support the Early Intervention Programme (EIP) with classroom activities and child engagement.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Participate in centre workshops and other activities; perform additional duties as required.
