Job summary

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, create and adjust treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies for activities of daily living, work, and leisure.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current professional registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Capable of maintaining detailed clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote independence in daily living, work, and leisure.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes per regulatory standards.
• Provide education and training to clients and families on adaptive techniques for independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and client records.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of therapy protocols and best practices.
• Participate in CPD and stay updated with advances in occupational therapy.
