Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PCBA manufacturing required.
• 3+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
• Ability to supervise and coach production operators.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Open to 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a production team to meet output, quality and cycle time targets.
• Manages WIP across Frontend, Backend and SSD operations to ensure smooth material flow.
• Plan daily shift objectives and goals as part of productivity and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop operators' skills through on-the-job training.
• Collaborate with Management, Planning and Engineering on daily production issues.
• Create a safe, harmonious working environment that fosters teamwork and ownership.
• Promote Best Known Methods to simplify procedures and processes.
• Leverage AI tools to retrieve technical information and support troubleshooting.
