Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the daily activities of the Repair Department, setting objectives and managing PCBA repair yield, efficiency, and costs. • Diploma or higher, preferably in Electronics or related field.
• 3+ years leading a PCBA repair team in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with PCBA repair processes and failure analysis.
• Familiar with IPC industry standards; strong leadership and cross-functional skills.
• Proficient in Chinese and English communication.
• Experience in Malaysian factory management preferred.

Key responsibilities

Build, train, and manage the repair team, including performance management and talent development

Lead failure analysis of major batch defects and customer-returned products, and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives

Establish and standardize the repair management system, optimize repair processes, and reduce repair costs

Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production departments on repair-related matters, including data collection, analysis, and performance reviews

Implement company production safety and ESD management requirements to ensure compliant and safe repair operations

About you

Diploma or above, preferably in Electronics or a related field

3+ years of experience managing a PCBA repair team in server PCBA or other electronics manufacturing industries, with strong expertise in PCBA repair processes and failure analysis

Familiar with relevant IPC industry standards, with strong team management, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills

Good Chinese and English communication skills

Experience in Malaysian factory management is preferred
