Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production line leader to manage all teams on the production frontline under the production department leader, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time output.

Responsibilities include organizing materials, personnel, tools, and work environment; supervising daily operations, handing over with material handler, enforcing 8S, and communicating issues to engineering, PMC for corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all teams on the production front line under the production department leader.
• Organize materials, personnel, tools, fixtures, and work environment before production.
• Ensure timely flow into each process when materials are complete.
• Inventory materials and products at month end.
• Document production anomalies and coordinate with engineering, PMC, and QA.
• Provide hands-on guidance and ensure process quality via SOPs.
• Lead daily morning meetings and manage labor discipline, hygiene and safety.
• Track KPIs like pass rate and UPH, report defects and progress to supervisor.
• Handover with material handler with proper records and labeling.
• Enforce 8S practices and submit plan progress to production manager and HR.

• 1. Under the leadership of the production department leader, fully responsible for the work of all teams on the production front line.
• 2. Organize and arrange materials, personnel, tools, fixtures, operational basis, and work environment before production according to the .
• 3. Ensure timely flow into each process within the specified time when materials are complete.
• 4. Take full responsibility for the materials and product quantities of this team, and conduct an inventory of online materials at the end of the month.
• 5. In case of production anomalies, promptly fill out the and submit it to the production department for record, while informing engineering, PMC, and quality control for adjustment analysis, implementation of improvement measures, inspection results, and standardization.
• 6. Provide hands-on guidance for the operational procedures of the team members based on SOPs, and be responsible for the quality of the processes.
• 7. Responsible for the daily morning meeting of this team, summarizing the previous day's work, assigning today's tasks, and managing labor discipline, site hygiene, safety production, and the follow-up and control of defective products.
• 8. Responsible for tracking the direct pass rate, plan achievement rate, UPH, UPPH, etc., of this team, collecting, confirming, processing, recording defects, and preparing the to be submitted to the production supervisor for confirmation before the end of the day.
• 9. Responsible for handover with the material handler, ensuring proper handover records, and must be positioned and labeled correctly.
• 10. Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the "8S" work in this team.
• 11. Timely fill out the according to the plan and submit it for confirmation to the production manager and others, then submit it to HR.

• 1. High school/vocational school education or above, experience in electronic factory production line management is preferred.
• 2. More than 2 years of experience as a production line leader in the server or other electronics industries, familiar with the complete assembly production process and basic operating standards.
• 3. Possess on-site coordination, anomaly identification, and basic problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to two shifts.
• 4. Basic communication in Chinese and English, strong sense of responsibility, and comply with management.
• 5. Experience in server production line management is preferred.
