Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated engineer to perform failure analysis and troubleshoot production issues. You will coordinate with production teams to repair failed UUTs and communicate effectively with engineers on root causes. The role requires analytical thinking and proactive problem solving.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years in a related field, and demonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis for production fallouts.

• Feedback to Engineer issues encountered
• Coordinate with production for failed UUTs repair
• Following up on failure modes to eliminate the root cause
• Debug and return-to-production rejected product which has failed within the shift

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Self-motivated and hardworking with a pleasant personality
• Possess good communication and analytical skills
