We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer to take ownership of our PCB and hardware development activities. You will be responsible for PCB design, prototype testing, production handover, and design improvement. You will work closely with the firmware, mechanical, product, and manufacturing teams to develop reliable and production-ready hardware solutions.
Design schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar EDA tools
Select suitable electronic components and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM)
Coordinate prototype builds and perform board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting
Prepare production files, including Gerber files, BOM, assembly drawings, and test documentation
Support contract manufacturers during prototype, NPI, and production stages
Improve existing PCB designs for cost, reliability, and manufacturability
Develop board-level production test procedures and acceptance criteria
Maintain PCB design standards, component libraries, and technical documentation
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB design for production
Proficient in Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar EDA software
Experience with mixed-signal circuits, power supplies, and interfaces such as I²C, SPI, UART, and USB
Hands-on experience in prototype board bring-up and hardware troubleshooting
Familiar with DFM principles and IPC standards
Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in high-speed PCB design, such as DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, or RF (desirable)
Python scripting knowledge for BOM management or design automation (desirable)
Familiarity with EMC testing and regulatory requirements such as CE, FCC, or SIRIM (desirable)
