Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
Define test requirements, test plan and test methods for both new and redesign PCBAs with the understanding of the design acceptance criteria.
Design test cases and scenarios based on product specifications, user applications and design documents.
Develop test scripts, automated test suites, and test fixtures to execute test cases effectively.
Identify defects and anomalies in product behaviour, document issues thoroughly, and communicate findings to PCBA design engineers.
Document and maintain test plan, test cases, test results and other testing-related artifacts.
Planning and purchasing of the required test equipment.
Handover of test setup and test documentation to production and final buyoff.
Close cooperation with the R&D engineers and project manager throughout the project phase.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of Two (2) years of relevant working experience in a related field.
Proficient in the use of test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM), power supplies, pattern generators, and related tools.
Familiar with test suite such as Labview or similar software.
Familiar with analysis of test- or measurement data using MS Excel or more specific statistical data analysis tools (e.g. Minitab, MatLab or Statistica).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Hands‑on experience in test jig and test system commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting.
