Norautron Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Operator to manually and automatically assemble PCBAs, including placing components and soldering, with machine operation such as SMT and wave soldering.

You will follow instructions and monitor processes to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include quality inspection per IPC-A-610, reporting defects, operating equipment, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety, ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards while contributing to process

Qualifications

Secondary school education or equivalent.
Experience in PCBA production preferred.
Familiarity with SMT, Assembly or Box Build.
For soldering Operator must have soldering knowledge and techniques.
Ability to read English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsabilités

Perform manual and automated assembly of PCBAs, including component placement and soldering.
Follow production instructions, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Inspect assembled PCBAs for defects and IPC-A-610 compliance; report issues.
Operate production equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
Maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials.
Adhere to safety protocols and ISO standards; participate in process improvements.
