Job summary

Atten Soldering Equipment Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru invites applications for a Production Operator. You will support daily production activities, assemble products, perform soldering, handle packing, and operate the production line in accordance with SOPs and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least a primary/secondary education, hands-on experience with soldering and assembly, ability to work independently and in a team, and a willingness to follow instructions and maintain

Qualifications

• Must have basic soldering and assembly skills.
• Experience with production line assembly preferred.
• Able to follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Must be able to work safely and maintain clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly on production line according to SOP and work instructions.
• Operate and use electric screwdrivers and basic production tools.
• Carry out soldering and ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Perform packing, labeling, and basic inspection of finished products.
• Support daily production activities and help achieve production targets.
• Conduct visual inspections and report defects or abnormalities.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work area.
• Follow company safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Assist supervisors in other production-related tasks as required.
