Job summary

CIMB in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive aggressive growth by acquiring new-to-bank clients and deepening payroll solution penetration across branch and channel networks.

You will prospect, execute strategic sales plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize portfolio growth, while ensuring successful payroll system activation and cross-selling across segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or with an established organization.
• Strong financial knowledge with solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank clients and deepen relationships with existing business accounts to expand payroll solution penetration.
• Proactively prospect, pursue leads, meet clients, and convert opportunities into acquisitions.
• Coordinate and initiate roadshows to drive account openings and cross-sell products within the portfolio.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and events aligned with bank policies.
• Maintain high productivity and self-initiated efforts to achieve targets.
