You will lead proactive prospecting, execute campaigns, coordinate roadshows, and cross-sell products to grow the payroll portfolio while onboarding smoothly via BizChannel/OCTO Biz. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking or related experience.
• Strong financial knowledge and business acumen.

Aufgaben

• Achieve payroll acquisition targets for new employee sign-ups and drive cross-referrals across Retail, Business, and other banking products.
• Act on leads by calling, meeting clients, and converting opportunities into acquisitions.
• Coordinate roadshows to drive CASA account openings and cross-sell within the portfolio.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and events in line with bank policies.
• Maintain high productivity and proactively achieve targets.
• Deliver presentations to introduce CIMB@Work payroll solutions and facilitate onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with branches, centres, and partners to drive referrals.
• Monitor market trends, provide insights to management, and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
